SOFTWARE LICENSE REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with our products you have the right to request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No refund requests will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. Each client has the right to one refund only.

NON QUALIFYING PURCHASES

Refunds will not be offered for any additional licenses purchased on existing accounts, multi-license purchases, license and support renewals, leased licenses or ASP licenses. “Complete Shopping Cart Solution” and “On Demand” plans such as the “Monthly Plan” and the “Yearly Plan” do not qualify for refunds and no credit will be given for the remainder of the term upon cancellation.

INSTALLATION & UPGRADE SERVICE REFUNDS

Refunds of fees for installation & upgrade services may only be given on installations and upgrades that have not yet been initiated by TWT, Inc.

CUSTOMIZATION, WEB DESIGN & CUSTOM PROGRAMMING REFUNDS

TWT, Inc. will only offer refunds on custom development such as web design, web programming or any other work which requires a quote request, if the work has not yet been initiated. If the customization has been started and a request to cancel the customization is requested, the initial deposit will be forfeited and any remaining work may be halted. No refunds will be given on any completed projects for any reason.

REFUND PROCEDURE

We believe that most requests for returns can be avoided which is why the following steps must be completed in order for us to process your request.

1.  Contact our support staff before submitting your request to get professional assistance on any technical issue you have faced while installing/configuring the software. They may be able to help you find a feature you are looking for that you currently can't locate in the software. If we are unable to assist you, you will be given a return authorization reference number to place in your refund request.

2.  Download the letter of intellectual property destruction form and fill it out completely. The PDF document can be filled out online and then printed and signed, or printed and manually filled out offline.

3.  Delete the software completely from your computer and/or web server.

4.  Fax the form to 1-951-240-3396 within 30 days of the order.

All refund requests must be faxed and received within 30 days after the license fee has been paid or when the contract was signed, whichever is earlier. The 30-day money back guarantee begins and includes the date of purchase. Requests directed via email or phone calls are not accepted for cancellation and will NOT be honored. Failure to get a proper return authorization reference number from us or failure to complete all requested details, may result in your request not being honored.

Please note that no refunds will be given until we verify that the software has been removed from your computer and/or web server and that the letter was received within 30 days of the purchase date. All Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and acceptance of the signed request.
